We enclose a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £50 (£100 for a 2 week booking) and agree to pay the balance no later than one month before the date of our visit. In the event of the holidaymakers cancellation the balance is non-refundable and non-transferable. The cottage owners therefore recommend that the holidaymakers take out their own suitable holiday insurance cover.

1. The holidaymakers undertake to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures, fittings & effects in or on our premises in the same state of repair & condition as at the commencement of the holiday & also undertake to leave the cottage in the same state of cleanliness & tidy order as it was found.

2. The holidaymakers will pay for any breakages or damage occurring during their stay (accidental or otherwise) and will reimburse the owners of the cottage.

3. The number of persons occupying the cottage will not exceed the maximum permitted number stated, i.e: 5
If the above numbers are to be exceeded this is only allowed with the prior permission of the owners and an extra charge will be levied.

6. Responsibility. The owner and agent if applicable accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, accident, damage or injury illness or any other mishap to persons or property while on or about the premises arising from any cause whatsoever or while engaged in any activity there from.
